I built a fuge and set it behind up a littler higher than the sump. I used a maxijet 400 or some powerhead to pump to the fuge or you can have part of the drain go into the fuge. Then have it drain back into the sump. Dont drain to the tank. Always use the source and then return to its source...

When you add kalk to the tank do you do this by adding to the reservoir for evaporation, a kalk reactor or just add a slurry to sump? I have a kalk reactor and I am thinking of just adding the kalk to the reserve water instead. just put a pump in the reserve water to stir.. what do you think?
