Hello. I have the XR30 Gen 3 lights. I have had them for years and always just left the settings alone and inputted times. I do not understand how to change the presets to go with my tank. Is there an online tutorial? I have researched and looked everywhere. I do not understand how to make the changes and see what I have setup. I see the graph change but then I forget what I set each point to. Is there not a simple way to view the graph and what each point i set a preset to?

I recently purchased a brand new Nyos 120 from Reef Labs and the pump was missing the shield that connects to the venturi piece. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got 34g Red Sea reefer set up X sroom tank XR 15 radion & mp 10 I got this set up about 8 months old my light is on reef creation mode at 55% my mp 10 on reef crest mode at the low motion I already lose about 10 jawbreakers and now my bounces star to looks stress and I lose many of my sroom collection i test the water and is perfect but I just can't find the perfect light intensity flow X my srooms please can you tell what's the best mode X my srooms can I use all blues at 100% ? Please help !!!

I'm a bit confused about the installation of the battery backup.

My battery came with a small "power adapter" that has a round green light on it.

I plugged that adapter into my wall plug and then into the battery and connected the controller to the battery with with the 10427 wire.

I left the large square power adapter hooked to the controller.

Is this correct? I have an installation sheet but it says to hook the square power adapter to the battery and the small power adapter to the controller. However, when I do that the pump only runs on battery power, not in regular mode.

I just purchased a VorTech MP10. The wet-side is aligned with the dry side according to the manual but there is still some noise. When I disconnect the wet-side I can hardly hear the motor. I have heard from other people that the pump runs very silent, just a tad louder than the motor.
The pump is set it up on reef-crest mode which has a variable rpm. I do get that I will hear a spin-up spin-down but the noise is clearly there. Moving the wetside left-right-up.down makes it worse. Kind of like a trembling sound. Do you have any suggestions?
As I said the pump is brand new so there is no coraline/salt built-up whatsoever..

I just bought a Gen 2 wp40.. Having issues finding out how to use it. It's a lot different then my ecosmart ones.. Any links or info on directions of features? I'm interested in upgrading to the es model but I want to make sure it's in good working order before I do.. Please let me know how I go about it.. There is no sticker on the back of the controller either all I get is a white light and orange.. It's on and turning but doesn't seem to be able to adjust the intensity.. Thanks Daniel

Had my MP20 for 3 months now. My power supply failed today. Supply turns on for a split second then off. Now not even a blip. Is it normal for ecotech products to fail this soon? Is this replaced on ecotech's behalf or am I going to have to fork the $50 over for a new power supply? Thanks for any help,

Hey guys I'm setting up a new 400 gallon acrylic in wall tank. I want to use the MP60's only problem is the walls that they need to be mounted on is 1" thick with a piece of black 1/8" thick acrylic glued to it, am I going to have a problem making the MP60's work on these walls?

I have tried to reach you all but I dont get any response.
For some reson the plastic incapsel magnet has an crack on the side.
I havent done anything like dropping it or so, but still it has an small crack on the side.
And it has now starting to rust!
I think it has a manufacture fault! And I now in desperate need of help to get this resolve.

In the manual the MP40 flow is listed as 200 - 3200GPH but on your web site it is 1000 - 3200 GPH?
