  • You could relocate the pumps to the back wall and still have sufficient flow. I would place one in each back corner. Place each pump about one-third down from the surface of the water and aim it towards the center of the front pane (or just past the center).

    For programming, I would go with Interval Mode. Have one pump on Channel 1 and the other on Channel 3. Set the Interval time for 5-6 hours. For the Pulse timing, choose whatever time you had that was creating the wave. This time may need to be adjusted up or down if you've moved the pumps to a new spot. You also need to uncheck the Wavecontroller box. Then adjust the powers of Channels 1 and 3 to 30% for low power and 60-100% for high power. You can play with the high power setting to find a strength that the torches can handle.

    I'm afraid there isn't a way to turn the pumps off for feeding apart from manually pressing the food timer.
