Just popping in to see how things are going. Life has been an up and down for us. I miss our tanks and fish and will someday have one again.
I hope that the pieces from our tank is still doing well for everyone that got something from us.
When I win the Lottery!!!
When I win the Lottery!!!
I am going to call you and your team there to build me a tank. As soon as I win the lottery. THis is one of the best planned out builds I have seen ever.
Wow that really is too bad that you are out for a while. I loved the tank. I am out for a while too. Job and Life are calling and I had to respond. I just traded my 24 gallon yesterday, and I am having withdraws. That empty 50 gallon is looking like a good project......:crazy1: :crazy1: :blown:
Just thinking about it....I could trade to someone that would like to build a fence for me. Needing somewhere for my dogs to run.
Second choice...Xbox 360 with some equipment?
Third? I need an electrician to fix some wiring in my house.
Just thinking out loud about things I need done...
I set this JBJ Nano 24 up when I took down the 90 gallon. It has the stand and is completely full.
List of things:
about 30 lbs of Tonga Branch
20lbs of Live Sand
Large Pangoda Cup Coral
Large colony of Brown/green Palys
big piece of Orange cap Monti
Smaller pieces of Purple Rim Monti...

The corals are looking great. The Orange Monti Cap has grown about 2 centimeters in the week. The new growth is very bright Orange. Different than the original piece.
Green polyp leather is expanding larger every day. I would say it was just smaller than a...

I would think that it would be ok. There are reefs in the world that the water flows mostly one direction. Many corals do like random flow like waves going over them though. I guess try it and see how your corals react. If badly change it up.
does it look like a small sea slug? only a couple of cm's long if that? If that kinda describes them, then you got the bad nudibranchs. It is hard to get rid of them. You have to manually take out as many as you see. Fresh water dip your zoanthid colonies and scrap any white looking eggs...
I wanted to be part of your poll, but my rebate will never see my hands.
The IRS is keeping it and applying to what I owe them. You forgot that option.
