Took another pic of my nitrate reading: Not trying to chase numbers, but they need to keep going down. The PE and overall appearance of the corals look better, already. Plus, the glass in clean, so the tank itself looks nicer, which may account for the better appearance. I'm starting to get...

    Kasey's 60g

The 29g never had the 250w halide, until after I removed the LED's. I used T5's before the LED's for about 8 months, if I had to guess. (That goes back to before I moved everything to the 29g).

Thanks Mark. I certainly hope it's ready for a recovery. :) Thanks for the encouragement, Biggles. I'm hoping that moment happens soon. :p I worked on the tank for quite a while, yesterday. I removed some bubble algae, emerald crabs, and dead coral. It was a bit sad, but I'm already enjoying...

Everyone's kind words really have been a great boost for me to keep on going. Hopefully, I can pass that on by turning this around, showing others in the same spot that it can be done (hopefully. :)) Thanks for the support!

A Splash of Color - My SPS Peninsula Reef

+1 Love the top down shot. The reflections in the glass make it look like the corals are in a sea of sand. Everything looks great!

Those frags look awesome, Perry. Sorry you had to reboot the tank. Looking forward to seeing those grow out!

Thanks for the tip, Richard. Unfortunately, I'm betting my nitrates are up, due to some losses. I'll test everything to make sure. Thanks again!
