Thanks! It never occured to me that I can do anything other than move the tank to other position. I am leaning toward combining these two DT into one bigger and further from the windows, but in 1-2 years time and there is a lot of clean up to do in the tanks in the mean time

Good to know. What tangs that can be kept as juveniles in 70G are not likely to bother a lawnmower? In the past, I had once a large lawnmower and a baby yellow tang, and they got along very well, but now with Hawaii ban yellowtangs are difficult to get.

Most people consider them beneficial, some even buy them. In addition to possibility of getting hurt, do not leave a tank with them fish-less for to long ... I once did, and they became so big that they were swallowing my baby Banggais ;(

No, I do not have anything particularly nasty - just bits of annoying green hair algae or more brownish things occasionally. My phosphates were 0, still got it. also I am keeping lps mostly, with water too clean (vodka dosing), I was getting dinos and other problems. I got also red slime often...
