I have read with interest you posts on your Elos mini. Inspired by your tank, I went ahead and purchased one. Unfortunately, I am experiencing quite a bit of overflow noise. My living area sounds like a waterfall!
I was wondering if you are still using your siphon technique. If so, what diameter tubes did you use? And, does the hose within the overflow tube go all the way down into the sump? (I assume that's wher the ball valve goes?)
Any help you could give me so I can construct one of these overflow siphons would be greatly appreciated.
