Things are good, no death or bleaching in awhile. I recently changed my lights system from halide to led. I was sick of being limited to running my halides 3 hrs a day, if I did anymore I would get coral bleaching. I think the problems were becuase of my halides and alkalinity stability issue. Once I got both of those in check, my tank has never been better. I'm just not getting the growth I expected, then again I'm in an aclimmation phase with my lights right now.

Did you make it to the swap today. This one wasn't nearly as big as usual. I think the weather had an impact. Ecotech was supposed to be there but I left at noon and the hadn't shown up yet.

Check out this website, they have all the tubing and connectors. I put a small L angle on the bottom horizontal pieces to keep the light from shifting. I riveted mine on, but you could just use a small sheet metal screw. I put the small square plastic bumpers on the bottom, so the metal was not sitting directly on the tank trim.
