Sorry this took so long to get to. I somehow did not get a PM notification on this one for some reason. Anyways, if you have not been helped yet, make sure you uploaded the web pages, turned off your firewall software (at least to test), and clear your browser cache. Close and reopen your browser.

I've followed the firmware instructions to a T, and I still get a blank page when I open my apex through the browser :/ halp.
