Well I'm jumping back in, have been out of the hobby for almost 10 years. Petsmart had a good deal on a 36 Bowfront, and stand for $199. Thinking of going with a Mars Aqua 165 and "the package" from TBS. Other then that not really sure what my plans are. Trying to be lower budget if possible...

After some research I think you've convinced me. Think the 165 would be good for a 36 bow front? Dimensions in pic.

They both say 36W, I assume that is total? The IC 72LEDs, and the regular marine has 155. All this LED stuff is new to me, I'm used to PC, and MH lol... Not sure about tank yet, I'm looking at a 36G Bowfront, but not sure.... Here is the page for the Marine -...

Ok here goes.... I posted a thread a few months ago about this tank, but I figured I'de start a new one. I have had many tanks over the years, some more successful then others, I know how to take care of them, but I also have A.D.D. lol, and sometimes I'll admit I lose interest or just get lazy...

My Clown fish is floating upside down, and having trouble swimming, and his stomach is swollen. I assume his swim bladder is full of air, but what can I do about it? I don't want him to die, but Im not really sure what to do. Please help! Thanks!

I did the water change a few hours ago, and I think he just might make it! He is still resting on the bottom a little more then usual, but swimming around some, and I just put some food in there, and he darted around like his normal self eating anything he could catch. Will update tomorrow!

Well I haven't done a water change yet, but he seems to be doing better then last night. The Ammonia seems to have gone down a little, but the Nitrite and Nitrate are still the same, which is odd. Maybe I read the Ammonia test wrong last night. Either way there is still some ammonia in there. I...

Alright final parameters: pH - 8.2 Ammonia - 1-2 PPM Nitrite - 0 Nitrate - 40 PPM I have to go to bed and work early tomorrow, will do another water change and at least try to save the Clown before it's too late.
