1 or 2 wave boxes??

Hey guys & gals. I'm in the process of setting up my first large shallow reef tank. Tank is 72in long x 42in wide x 16in high.

Would 1 wave box be ok for the tank or should I go with 2 wave boxes?

Due to the width I would go with 2, but Steve(Jarhead) the resident wavebox guru would likely be able to confirm my thoughts if I am right

I agree, I think you will need an extension due to the width.

Me too. Unless you only want to have wave in half of the tank

Thanks for the info guys! I will definitely be going with 2 Tunze Wave boxes and maybe 2 Vortechs on the back of the tank.
