100 GAL Stream Setup

I'm planning on purchai ng two 6000/controller. This will give me 3,700 gph flow. Is this enough, adding in my return at 1,100 gph?

What is the best way to attach the Turbelle Streams to an acrylic tank? I keep reading about problems with acrylic. Is it problematic? Do I need magnets or what?

On a "normal" aquascaped reef, where do you place the powerheads? Opposite corners? Diagonally? On forward; one back? One up; one down? (huh?)

I'm just a confused newbie, trying to do it right the first time. Please help.:eek1:

FWIW I have a 72" 110 gal and am running two 6100's with a 1200 gph return. I also have an acrylic tank and went with the deco rocks.
