10g with 96w pc's?

A squamosa most definitely is. I have a squammy in my 12 gallon with 96 watts:

i had a crocea in a ~3 gallon tank with 4 9 watt PCs. had it in there for almost a year (moved everything back into my main tank).

I have a 96W CSL powerquad fixture on my 10 gallon nano. I just recently bought my first clam, a baby maxima(after extensive research, of course) I figured I could keep the little clam(~1 1/2") in my nano until it gets about 3" then I will take it to my 55 gallon with 250W sakis. My logic here is that since there isnt enough zooanthellae to support them at this size, so my lighting should be sufficient until "his" needs grow as he does. Makes sense to me, but someone tell me if I'm wrong. Thanks, SA
