This tank was set up at the same time as my 10 gallon (pictured in another thread) over 2 years ago.
It never had and live stock and became my dumping ground for macro cutting and a big eyesore. I finally decided to clean it out and add some live stock. Of course it will take awhile for the tank to grow in but it is much improved.

2 x 40watt PC

20 lbs of black bioactive sand
10lbs or so of live rock
Various macros from my other tank
3 peppermint shrimps
neon goby
and a yellow sponge, hitchhiker
