2 part calcium buffers, what do you use?

quick question, i just ran out and was going to buy some more of the 2 part calcium/alk buffers, wondering what brand other folks use and why (or what other alternative you use if you don't have a reactor). i was using the b-ionic, but i know that kent and two fishes both have their versions too.

hoping someday to upgrade to a calcium reactor, but its not happening soon, but i'd appreciate it if people could chime in, hoping to pickup some soon.

hey gabe,

thanks for the randy's recipe, i've heard about that before but never knew exactly what it was. so recipe #1 works for you? yeah, i think i'll get some b-ionic right now and setup to make my own when i got somemore time this summer.. thanks man..

and thanks coralsandfishs.. yeah, i assumed they all would work fine.. just seeing if people had a distinct preference or why..

I used the tech ab from kent as well then switched to randy's recipe # 2. The price savings is more then worth it. totally simple and a lot cheeper then anything you will buy

cool deal, thanks folks. yeah, sounds like randy's recipe is the way to go cuz teacher's budget is what i'm working with. thanks for the input ridecare and lordhelmet..
