20 gallon fuge filteration

How much filteration should a 20 gallon fuge have?, right now I have very low circulation.

ok also I have been getting a lot of aiptasia in the fuge as well. What could I add for this?

I use a product that you inject the aiptasia with, forget the name of it. Another kind is Joes Juice, suppose to work well.
As for the flow I'm not sure. Going to start my fuge tomorrow, located in my sump with 2 one inch drains and mag9.5 return pump.

Well the aiptasia in my fuge are a little hard to get to compared to the ones that grow in the show tank.

I've tried Aiptasia Stop, Joes Juice, Salifert Aiptasia exit, and straight lemon juice.
