210 Lighting Question

Would 4 - 250 watt MH's be enougt light over a 210?

Would 3 - 400 watt be better? Would 3 - 400 watt bulbs require a chiller?

We are considering upgrading our 90 to a 210 and want to make sure we do sufficient lighting without overloading on heat and power usage.

3 400 if you want clams and SPS. It will heat the water.
