220 to 110 on Gisemann

So I am picking up a used Giesmann 260 Moonlight that was sold out of country It was purchased in Canada so its set up as 220. I have the converter and need to wire it to 110 so I can plug it into my ACjr and DC8. Does anyone have the instructions or know how wire it. I know that it can be done. I just want to make sure its hooked up right.

Huh?? Canada is 120v just like the US, looks like he modded it to a 220v outlet for some reason.

That is a 20 amp / 120 volt cord cap, 15 amp 250v cord caps are both side ways or 250v 20 amp are reversed with one vertical and the other horizontal. If you are not sure buy a 120 volt 20 amp receptacle and try it. Also the moonlight fixture has its own controller
