Hello everyone, I have a Big problem, the other day I bought 6 small green reef chromis(well I actually got 7, my LFS gave me 1 free:D) but anyway when I put them in my 55 gallon reef they were fine, and then in about 12 hours (when my lights came on) I noticed 1 was missing, then the next day, another one, and then this moring 1 more, I have looked all over, no sign.:( , all I have in the aquarium is 1 small regal tang, 1 small tomato clown, 1 bicolar blenny, 1 firefish goby, several small snails/hermits, sand sifting star, lankie star, fancy sea serpent star, 1 scarlett skunk cleaner shrimp, and a coral banded shrimp(the "prime suspect" )! Is there anyone who thinks they know who the "culprit" may be, if so, pplleeaassee help!!!!

I've seen those bluegreen chromis mysteriously reduce in numbers in tanks. My theory is they might have fought each other to death due to the limited room in a small tank (55G is a little crowded for all the fishes you mentioned) And once they die your clean up crew just finish them off. They ususally sink between the rocks and crevices where you can't see.

reeferman06,
If your fancy sea serpent star is a green one, then that would be your culprit.
