4X55 pc ballast to 2X95VHO swap?

Pretty much the title says it all. Can I do it or do I need to buy a new ballast. My problem is a 36 inch tank and I found a decent looking all in one reflector that I've linked below. From what I've read I'll like the actinic support better from the VHO's as well. Any other recommendations are very much appreciated. I'm getting ready skin the canopy and want to get the misc. parts in line before it's harder to change.

I'm pretty sure you will need a new ballast. I've used a couple of the ARO AS-220S for over a year. They're great little cheap ballasts.
