5017 Controller Dead

About 9 months ago I bought a 5017 water level controller.
It worked great until about 2 months ago when it started being really loud when it was working. I tried to find the problem but, it was sporadic.

Then about a week ago it stopped working all together. The sensor works but the motor never kicks on.

Help?

The motor is dead. They usually last 1-2 years. I can send you a new one. It is always worthwhile to keep a spare.

Arrived today. Hooked it up. Works like a champo and is quiet as a mouse.
