60g+15g sump

In about 2 months ill drill my tank but im not sure of the size of the bulkhead, overflow and return pump!

Main tank is 60g and the sump is 15g, here's what im thinking:

1'' intake with ball valve
3/4'' return
Mag 5 pump
Overflow size?

The return will be inside the overflow, beside the intake!

Must say for a first time I'm quite impressed!
Did you have the oeaces cut for you professionally or did you make the cuts yourself?

I did it myself with a router, you got to do it slowly!
