7091 single controller timer button

Hello..
I'm using 6000 with 7091 single controller.

food timer is very useful feature, but I wish it can turn off my return pump too.
Is there any add-on device to control my return pump?

No, if you did not pulse the 6000 you could do this with a branch adapter and socket adapter but the pumps would have to be at 100% at all times. Otherwise you could get a seperate foodtimer for your return pump provided it was smaller than 150w. This product is not readily available in US voltage so it takes a while to get. Personally i would not worry about it, the flow doesn't stop in the ocean at feeding time and most foods sink and very little enters the filters.

But I'm using flake food or freeze dried food. They will mostly enter the filter if I don't turn off the return. I put the separate switch.. but sometimes I forgot to turn on..

I agree with you.

How about the leave the stream pump on, turn off the return pump instead ?

Tell the tunze, next version of 7091 should come with the return pump AC outlet, leave stream on at all times.
