70w DE 20k

Can you get the 70w DE 20k bulbs and how much would they be?

I plan on running them on an M85 electronic ballast, do you know if this will work?

I am not sure on the ballast. The bulb would be $90.42. I do not stock bulbs but I could special order it for you.
