90 Gallon Custom Tank... Build Thread!

I have to say it was nice meeting you all at the meeting last night. The tank has very few parts left to plumb and there is fresh Ro/Di going in as I type.
I am finishing up my chiller stand also so I should have the basically finished tank pics later tonight as soon as I can get back onto my Desktop computer.
 
Current status of the tank... It has a herbie style overflow and the big valve is to control the flow to the fuge. The elbow off the other side of the tee is the main sump. You can see the manifold and calcium reactor in the background.

If I wanted the Hot air to come out of the stand is the chiller on the right way or is it backwards? In other words I'm cutting a hole in the side panel so the hot air isn't trapped inside the stand. Do I need to switch it around?

I'm pretty sure the air comes out the other way, it wouldn't be very smart to have hot air blow over the cooling coil thing that the water flows through. If you look on the other side do you see the condenser coils or do you see an air filter? If you see a filter then you have it the right way but if you see the condenser then you need to flip it around. Your set up looks good I can't wait to see it up and running.

The system is up and running... water is flowing through the sump and all the plumbing. Only a few minor things to do to quiet it up a little.
 
I guess it's now time to start stalking this tank... And build my canopy.

Wow been a while...
my XM 20k was 15 months old...
the algae bloom is over with for now (It's all gone)
My Mag 7 had a part of the impeller break off and wedge itself in the magnet and it got pretty hot (too hot to hold)... so it was old and I didn't like that it was loud and hot. I upgraded to an Eheim 1262 and now I have to re plumb/finish plumbing my tank (Chiller...)
Because of my bulb being so old when I put n the order at Marine Depot I also got a Blue Life SPS 14k bulb... Love the color.
I will get some updated pics soon.
 
So time to play... Whats in that box?!?!
I recently ordered something and the box should be arriving soon... like next week hopefully.
