A question and a thank you

First off, thanks for a smooth transaction yet again. I recieved my lighting setup on time, you guys are really run a good business.

Now for my question, can I run a PFO parallel reflector without using anything on the side slots ( usually for supplemental light ). I have a 29 gallon, and the reflector I am using spills a bit too much light for my taste and I would like to run the MH parallel in such a small tank. Would this work ok? I might get some VHO down the road, but for now it would just be the MH.

I have quite a few customers that use the PFO parallel reflectors without the fluorescents. The main reason they get this reflector over the optimal reflector or the spider light reflector is to keep their options open in the future in case they did want to add the fluorescents later on down the line. Only thing I would double check is to make sure it does fit in your canopy as it is slightly larger than those other two reflectors.
