Lately it has come to my attention that someone is on eBay offering Tunze products as an official dealer. The location is stated as New York. We have only one dealer in New York and he has not purchased any of the items being listed so this simply is not true. I would be leary of purchasing from this vendor as I do not know the status or origin of these products. It could be older product, it could be returns to a vendor in Canada. However, we do not have an official dealer doing business on eBay and I cannot endorse buying these products. Further many are going for well below wholesale cost and it seems to me that it is too good to be true.
With that said there are legitimate offers of Tunze equipment on eBay from hobbyists and I would not hesitate to take advantage of a good deal on used equipment.
