AC II acting weird

Hello Neptune System,

My temperature measurement is acting weird. Higher temperature when the light is off and low when light is on. It is not accurate at all. Is there any way I can send in for a test or check up on my system? I live in san jose and I can swing by if that's okay. I only have it for few months.

Thanks,
Cuong

It sounds like the lights are generating a lot of emi. Try the following:

- Make sure the ballast hood is ground (earth ground).
- Route the temperature cord so that it does not route close to the ballast cord.
- coil up cords to make them as short as possible.

Please call 408-578-3022 before you come by our office to make sure someone is around and has time to help you.

Wow, I was just thinking about writing a very similar post. In fact now that I think about it, the temperature reads correctly after the lights go off and incorrectly when they are on. I will try the above suggestions.
