If you can, try to get a clearer shot of the skin. Use the macro function, step back and try to zoom in on it. These instructions are counterintuitive for real photographers, but seem to work for me on close ups with a lesser camera-i.e. not digital SLR (being further away and zooming tighter...). It looks kind of like a favites I have, but I know that most acans have kinda rough looking skin, where my favites is a little smoother.
