acclimating clean up crew???

do i need to acclimate my clean up crew or just drop it in, i am also ordering 2 cleaner shrimp with it, do those need acclimating? (other than temp)

Acclimate!!!! Shrimps and crabs are more sensitive to water chemisty then fish. In reality they are VERY sensitive to different water. Snails are sensitive too, but to a less degree.
