Acclimating flasher wrasses now....

I ordered 3 female flasher wrasses but one has spikes on its back the other two don't. Does that mean it's a male. I'd be hesitant to put him in with the other male I have.

Okay here's a pic of the ?male? and female

The larger one in the back has the spikes, and I think it's a male. It's a 40gallon/30g display so I'm thinking it's not large enough for 2 males and 2 females ... I planned on 1 male/ 3 females no other fish.

Okay... got an email from Mark at Blue Zoo and he said defintely a female, but the dominant female. Whew... I would've never known.
