Keep them off for while until she gets use to the tank and this will lower her stress level. Also, if you have other fish in the tank, feed them right after you release the new fish to keep them distracted and to keep them full.
When I move "new fish" from my QT to the Show Tank I always do so at night ... less stress for the new fish and the other fish are sleeping so they are less likely to have conflict.

well I turned my lights on this morning and the queen angel seems to be doing good she is swimming around and picking on the algae. The only thing is my blue hippo tang is following her around. Is this bad or is my dorthy trying to get to know the new tank mate?
