ACjr firmware update help.

I have a ACjr w/ serial with Rev 3.00j 3a06 firmware.

I have it hooked up to my computer with a DB9 to mini-din8 cable. AquaNotes LT works, and log's the data to my computer.

I'm trying to update to the 3.20j firmware but I'm having some trouble.

I have the ACjr in loader mode and here is what the CMD command shows me when I try to update the program:

filename.ext File containing flash upgread buffer.
-f Fast file send.
-COMx Communications port number
