Acro browned other lost color

All my acros have great colors and growing good, all but two. One really cool tricolor mille browned, and another acro almost bleached, well the color became really ligth.
is it ok to assume that the mille needs more light and needs to be placed higher, and the other acro the complet opposite?

Im running a powermodule over a 21" deep tank.
My parmeters are good, so I know its not that.

Please share them.

I find that some brown when not enough light reaches them,

Bleaching is the opposite.

I would assume yes, my rainbow millis are at one of the highest points in my tank under my ATI fixture.
