Actinic Question

I understand that actinic light should be turned on before and after the main lights come on..my question is how long do the actinic's need to stay on?? just an hour b4 and after the main or should they be on after the main lights as well??? thanks

I have mine turn on 30 minutes before the main lights come on, the actinics stay on with the main lights. Then they go off 30 minutes afterthe main lights go out.

I do the same but in my case it's an hour before and an hour after...it doesn't much matter.
