I have a small but growing problem with flatworms in my tank. I want to get it before it gets bad. I just wanted to make sure it would not effect my pair of epaulette sharks. Thanks
Being that the flatworm exit is reef safe I don't think you'll have any issues with the actual medication, however when flat worms die they release a lot of toxins including iodine which can be an issue. If you follow the flat worm exit instructions (syphon out as many flat worms as you can find then treat followed by major water change while running carbon) I think you would be fine.
Why not just add a 6 line wrasse and a couple good hiding spots. I doubt your shark would catch such a small little guy, but he would definitely take care of the flat worm problem. It helped with mine.
