Address to send APex to?

Do I have to create a ticket to send in an out of warranty APex, or can I just send it in with a note?

I cannot find an address anywhere online.

I am leaving for Mexico tomorrow and hope to have a friend send it out monday for repair.

This is just a user-supported forum, so you're going to have to contact Neptune or submit a support ticket through their site for an RMA number.
