age-old lighting question

Before I rent the BRS Par meter, it would be good to know what my targets are, right? Mixed reef with the SPS up top, LPS middle to bottom. But I'm a little lost on the spectrum to set for my LEDs, as well as the number of hours to run them, as well as when to run my T5s.
I plan to set it with the spectrum and time profile first, then raise/lower it to get even spread based on the PAR meter, and total intensity last.
Tank: 72" x 30" tall
Light: 3 AI 26 fixtures, + 4 60" T5s (3 Blue+ and 1 Coral+).
Currently 6" above the water.

I would love a starting point for spectrum, and time. I won't just jump to it, but would move the sliders a little each week to the goal spectrum and schedule. However, when i rent the PAR meter, I can set them at the final levels and see where I'm going to be. I would guess my target will be 300 at the top, but dropping to 100 near the bottom, but with even spread across the tank.

In my experience, I've seen better results w/ corals at 70-80% blue, 20-30% white.
If you are ramping intensity then 10-12hrs, and if full power on/off, I go 7-8 hrs.
