??Aiptasia

How do you know if what is growing is aiptasia? I have very small 4 mm stalk very light brown almost transluscent with tentacles that are about 6 mm long and the same color. When the hermit crab goes near it it closes up and draws the tenticles in. It is so small that I can not get a picture. There are two right near each other on the same rock. Thanks

sounds like aptasia, do a google search on it for some pics, there a lots off varieties, none that are any good, or try here
