I have a mag12 pushing my SCWD on my return. However, it's just blowing a bunch of microbubbles through the return. Is this due to the anti-syphon holes in the return pipe? How can I get around this?

If you havew anti siphon holes drilled in the return they should be just below the water surface so that should not be causing your problem. Are you picking up bubbles from your sump/skimmer?
