Algae ID?

I took this under microscope and I think it's diatoms or is it dino?. Can anyone confirm? It's not moving so I am thinking it's diatoms.

definately not diatoms, they're torpedo shaped, dinos are slightly ovalar. If I had to guess its Dinos.

How does it look in your tank? Is it a brownish, powdery film? Diatoms. Is it a golden, snotty consistency? Dinos.
