Algae Returns Within Minutes

Ok I have a strange one, my tank is 3 weeks old and when I remove the soft green algae from the glass it returns within minutes exactly how it was. Almost like it goes into suspension and is retracted to the glass.

ideas?

I should mention if i leave it for a few days it does not get worse or better

That's weird that the algae goes right back to where it was. Your tank is still pretty new so the algae will grow very quick are you using RO water or tap water did you use any used live rock or used sand?

I thought it was strange also, I have setup tons of tanks and never saw this before, I know it can grow back fast but not minutes.

I am using RO with a TDS tested at 0.

No live rock only Marco rock that was cured in RO with vinegar then left in pure RO after, all new sand.
