Has started an aquarium 12 days ago, light 250w MH and T5 actinic 2x24w, salt Instant Ocean, 20kg alive stones. And several days ago there was green seaweed, which everywhere, on glass on stones. As soon as I shall smooth out glasses, through pair hours of anything it is already invisible, all brings fito. All filtration DSB, but there meanwhile only sand, without alive stones. What to do further, can wait only.

A new aquarium will go through phases for the next couple of months. There will be a certain grow out period for different algae which coincides with the biological nitrogen cycle the tank is going through at the time.

Therefore this is normal and expected.

What is happening then is you are cultivating bacteria to convert fish waste products into different forms of nitrogen. Eventualy you will have enough nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria to handle all the waste products produce in the aquarium. This will take a month or two.

In the meanwhile you will have algae blooms in accordance with the form of nitrogen peaking at the moment. What this means is that you will see different types of algae comming and going every couple weeks.

Clean it up the best you can and wait it out. During this time do not add corals or exotic fish. You may also want to read more from this forum on keeping macro algae to compete with the micro algae you are experiencing now.
