All new Shrimps Dieing

Over the past few weeks I have tried to introduce another cleaner shrimp, a Pistol Shrimp, and yesterday 3 peppermint Shrimps to my Tank. All of them died the next day. I do the bag floating acclimation for approximately an hour for the peppermints and pistol, and I drip acclimated the Cleaner for an hour and a half. They all died the next day. There is already a Cleaner, a Camelback, and two urocaridella Living in My tank, along with a Porcelain Crab. My Water parameters are normal, Ph 8.2, Calcium 420, Nitrate/Nitrite/Ammonia 0. All of the fsh are scratching, but ich is not visible. All corals are fine. This has really got me ticked off for a few days. I want to try to breed and raise shrimp, but it doesn't help that they die the next day.

Have you checked your salinity level with a refractometer? I don't know if that's your problem, but it's a start.
