Another Fluval edge lighting question.

Alright I am picking up a edge 6g later this week and I am stuck between lights upgrades. Debating between the 18w ultrabright reef or the AI Nano. I like the AI nano becuase of the control plus i can wifi it to the controller im using for the sols. The downside is in every pic i see with the nano, there is a very pronounced spotlight effect. I know how hard it is to take pics of lighting so if any of you have an ai, hows it working for you? I like the ultrabrite because of the zero to very minimal spotlight effect but having to manually adjust the lights might be a drag. Lemme know what you guys thinnk and thanks in advance!

I have the AI Nano in a 6-gal Edge mounted inside the stock hood. It isn't a matter of which lights, it's a matter of the hood itself- it just doesn't allow much intense light into the sides and corners of the tank.
What I've done is arrange my LR in a horseshoe shape so that I can place corals and new frags in a way where they are under the light spread. Currently looking into some low-light macro algae to place in the back corners.

Thats why I decided on the Ultrabrite unit has a great spread from side to side. Also you may want to look into their automated system. Best of luck
