Another great order.

I received a green Haddoni anemone on Saturday, and couldn't be happier. There was a slight delay with the delivery -- the weather wasn't the greatest that day -- but everything came in in great shape.

I was really shocked at the size of the bag and the amount of water, had to been at least 2 gallons.

(( thought I uploaded the picture of the bag on my counter, but I guess I didn't -- will post it tonight ))

Here is the bag floating in my tank. (( was tempted to put it in my other tank with a blue Haddoni, but... ))

In the bucket acclimating.

In the tank for about 5 minutes -- mouth is open a bit, but considering, not bad.

24 hours after being in the tank.

Everyone checking it out (( BTW -- the blue face angel came from DD about 8 months ago ))

Thanks Kris, I am glad to post the pictures. I am sure that this Haddoni will look as great as the blue one I got from you guys 8 months ago. Looks better now then when I got it -- though it looked great when I received it. But, if you guys keep having such great livestock I am going to be forced to get a 4th tank. ;)

The blue one when I first put it in my tank,

And how it looks now.

Well, the green haddoni didn't make it. The first week it looked great, and then slowly went down hill.

Did you guys have any issues with them? Not sure if he had some bacterial infection or not.

The 2nd week it was sitting on the sand bed, its foot no longer attached to the bottom of the tank. Then its mouth started to gape, getting larger each day.

For the last 2 1/2 weeks it looked like the picture below. Didn't want to give up on it since its oral disc was still expanding and contracting each day. And the tentacles were still very sticky. Then I Monday I noticed that it was starting to fall apart, had no choice but to take it out.

All other corals, fish, and another haddoni are doing great, so I am sure it wasn't the tank itself, the parameters are,
NH4, NO2, NO3, Po4 all 0,
pH 8.2
Ca 420
Alk 8
Mag 1250
Salinity 1.026
Temp 78.5 - 81.5.

The picture was taken two weeks ago, had looked that way for the last 2 1/2 weeks, (( excluded its last days were it looked ever worse ))

Thanks Chris, I will PM you now.

Good thing I am anal and save all the paper work from each shipment, think I have some for over a year ago.
