i used 10k xma for a longggg time with vho actinic...recently switched to 15k xms....all my stuff has colored realy nice since switching to 15 k...will stay that route...
Any one have good colors with 10000k !

There are probably millions of threads that can prove this and disprove this, but here is what my experience is.
10k's will give you great growth the 20's will make your colors pop, but will slow growth or rather not help growth as much. I think the most popular combo with halides would be 10k halides with vho super atinic.
Again, this is my opinion based off my experience and reading.

Have you ever looked at the Aqua Connect 14k bulbs? These bulbs have very high par and are MUCH more blue than xm 10k. Sinjay has tested these bulbs with awesome results. IMO they would be the perfect bulb, the only issue is that they are pretty expensive at $130 per bulb, but I think the extra par and good color is well worth it.....
