Any suggestions for a cold water macro?

Ulva (sea lettuce), many versions of Gracilaria, Enteromorpha, Chaetomorpha should all be fine. I think even Caulerpa prolifera could tough out a tank like you're planning. You'll be shooting for mid-60's.. yes? C. prolifera pops up in the wild during the winter months when the seagrass declines a bit.

I don't know if you can collect this there but I collect "codium" here in New York on the east end of Long Island near Montauk. It grows great in a reef but would probably do better in a cold water tank. If it were still summer I would ship you some.

Samala, thanks. I jave everything you listed in my fuge. I guess I'll just use what I have. :)

Paul, that's gorgeous. Is it ok if I contact you in summer? I'd like to get some for my potbelly seahorse tank.

Isabelle, you can contact me. I don't go out there often but a few times a year I get there.
Here is another shot of it.
