anyone contacted oceanic cust. service?

Just wondering because I have inquired with them about a problem with my tank...more of just a "what should I do" rather than a fix this type email, and I still haven't heard so much as a "we got it" or "we'll get back to you" or anything. Anyone had to deal with them? I was hoping they would contact me fairly soon. If not I need to start looking other places.

I have talked to them twice, I just called the phone number and they put me through to an engineer. Both guys were friendly and nice but they don't get into small talk and give very direct answers.
