Not sure exactly which one is an example in Magdelan's Pic.
But there are several undersea Hotels either in existence or planned for the near future.
One is in Dubai (go figure)
Another is in Fiji.
Including undersea restaurants and other facilities within.
They exist right now.
Do you have $10k per night to spare?? LOL
Developers have plans for many around the world everywhere for the future.
Some will offer undersea excursions as well in mini-subs and scuba diving right on site.
